Since November 2011, the Market has been and will continue to be open every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm (noon in July and August), featuring the best local agricultural producers and artisan vendors within 150-miles of Waco. Liftoff Family Fun Day

Join the Waco Historic Foundation for an afternoon of all things flight. Fly over to East Terrace and make your very own kite, paper airplanes, and all things that fly! We will have model airplane demonstrations and hands on fun for everyone! It will leave you skipping and singing “Let’s Go fly a Kite!”

2019 Waco Oktoberfest

It’s the Second Annual: Waco Oktoberfest benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association! They need your help to make this an incredible event so bring your friends and family for a day full of fun!

All proceeds go to the MDA to support the families in our community. The money raised goes to help the MDA create more hope and answers for families living with muscular dystrophy and related diseases that take away physical strength and mobility.

What to expect: -Live Music, Craft Biergarten, Giant Beer Tent, VIP Tent, Kids Fun Zone, Giant Yard Games, Oktoberfest Games, .5k Beer Run, Local Food Trucks, German Food Hall, Football Watch Party, Oktoberfest Market Square, and more!!

No Dogs, Coolers, Outside Food or Drinks Allowed. (Service Dogs Allowed)

$10-$30. Tickets can be purchased here.

Hispanic Heritage Arts Celebration

Join the CenTex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for their 2nd Annual Hispanic Heritage Art show and Celebration. This free event will be located at the Art Forum of Waco. Enjoy live music,art, and an award presentation ceremony sponsored by Allen Samuel's DCJ!

1st prize is $500. 2nd prize is $300. 3rd prize is $200.

The Hispanic Heritage Art Exhibit will occur on the following dates and times. An entry fee of $5 will be charged at the Art Forum of Waco, children under 12 are free.

Children's Garden Fair

Join the Carleen Bright Arboretum for the annual Children’s Garden Fair! There are 24 stations run by Master Gardeners with the aim of educating children in a fun and entertaining way. Hewitt Spooktacular

The 5th Annual Spooktacular presented by Incommons Bank and the City of Hewitt will be on Halloween from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Midway High School! Event entrance is free with canned good donation. Spooktacular includes trick or treating, games, costume contests, prizes & more! A portion of the event proceeds will go toward Hewitt First United Methodist Church’s Hallelujah Food Pantry.
