Come meet nonbinary, awarding-winning journalist Nico Lang and discuss their book: “American Teenager: How Trans Kids are Surviving Hate and Finding Joy in a Turbulent Era." You'll hear about Nico's experience traveling the US documenting the lives of transgender, nonbinary and genderfluid teens and their families and have an opportunity to ask questions.
Waco Pride Network will also have local organizations set up that have resources for the queer community. This event is completely free to the public!
